Shipping policy

At Glowden, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely, while keeping you informed every step of the way. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on supplier location and customer address.
Estimated delivery:

  • Metro areas: 5 –7 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: These are estimates only and delays caused by couriers, weather events, or supply issues are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate shipping: $7.95 on orders under $100

  • Free shipping: For orders $100 and over

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s system.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, deliveries will require a signature.
If you request Authority to Leave at checkout or with the courier:

  • The parcel will be left in a safe location

  • Glowden is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery is confirmed by the courier

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check tracking updates

  • Contact the courier directly for further information

  • If unresolved, contact us at info@glowden.com.au with your order number

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order.
Glowden is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
